I previously blogged about this Mount Baker home. The home recently had a price drop from $629,000 to $588,000. The house was built in 1912 and still has a lot of that old Seattle charm, but the home has been updated as well. There are several things I like about this residence. One, the upstairs has views of Lake Washington, the Cascades, and Mt. Rainier from the HUGE master suite that includes a room that can be either an exercise room or a nursery. Two, it has both a mother-in-law apartment in the basement and a cool art studio in the garage.
The house will be open this Thursday from noon to 2 pm for a Brokers’ Open and an Open House this Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm. You should check it out if you are thinking about moving to Mount Baker neighborhood, want to compare it to your Mount Baker home, or just driving around Seattle on Sunday and looking for something to do.
